Payment
The team of the online store "Mriya Maria" does everything to ensure that you can safely and comfortably pay for and receive the exclusive Ukrainian souvenirs purchased from us.
Payment in cash
The selected goods can be paid in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. You can also pay in cash at the art salon "Mriya Maria" at Andriivskyi Uzvoz, 30. The salon has a terminal for payment by bank card.
Bank card from the site
You can securely pay for your order through the Fondy system installed on the site. Bank cards issued in any country in the world, except Russia and Belarus, are accepted. Payment commission — 2%.
On conditions payment terms (by cash on delivery)
Having ordered the delivery of Ukrainian gifts by "Nova Poshta", you can pay when you receive the goods without any commission.
By non-cash payment

Delivery
You can pick up the product from our art salon at 30 Andriivskyi Uzvoz.

Delivery across Ukraine by Novaya Poshta
We will send the selected handmade gifts by "New Mail" to the branch or to the address. Shipping cost according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
We usually insure all goods for 100% of the value - this makes delivery a few hryvnias more expensive, but guarantees the preservation of your funds. You can opt out of insurance at your own risk by notifying us by phone. And, of course, we carefully pack our products so that they arrive undamaged.
When receiving the product, you should check its condition and completeness. If the product is damaged or something is missing - refuse to receive it and make a statement in accordance with the rules of the carrier, and you will be refunded the full purchase price. Also, please let us know about this inconvenience.
Delivery abroad
We can deliver our Ukrainian souvenirs all over the world! An indispensable condition for sending abroad is 100% prepayment. Usually, we send goods by "Ukrposhta", the cost of delivery depends on the weight, the country of destination and the method of transportation or by the carriers you have verified.
Fitting
You can try on the selected clothes during a visit to our art salon (we do not deliver things by courier for fitting). If you are choosing an embroidered shirt for a gift, we will help you choose its size.
Return
It is important to us that the things you bought from us bring you joy. If from any
for whatever reasons you are not satisfied with the purchase, we can exchange it for another product or
to accept the product back and refund you the money.
All goods purchased in our store are subject to the Law of Ukraine "About
protection of consumer rights", which entered into force on January 13, 2006.
According to Article 9 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", a product of proper quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not
counting from the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met:
- the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips,
abrasions, traces of dissection, there are no traces of liquid getting into the product or on it
packaging;
- the product appearance is preserved - that is, all labels, stickers and others remain
accessories of the product in an unchanged form, the product is fully equipped,
packaged as when first purchased.
If you made a courier delivery, or purchased a product offline, exchange or
returns can be made directly in our salon.
