Blown glass fruit bowl "Kanfar", author's work by Igor Matsievsky, a master of art glass from Lviv, a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and laureate of the Shevchenko Prize in the field of decorative and applied art. Transparent light blue glass is decorated with contrasting dark burgundy and blue spots, freely scattered across the surface, and two curved handles give the product a sculptural, lively form, characteristic of the true blow-mold technique, when the glass is shaped by hand while still hot, just in the fire. The shape of a canfar, an antique vessel with handles, here receives a modern, author's interpretation.
